Lars brings a deeply rooted European perspective, having lived, worked, and studied across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the UK, and Italy over the past decade. His passion for building and enhancing businesses has driven him to work closely with companies across various industries, particularly in software. With a strong background in supporting and nurturing businesses, Lars understands the dedication required to build a company from the ground up.

Throughout his career, Lars has worked hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs and leaders, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of companies such as Bourne Leisure, Enstall, Desotec, and Leica Camera AG. He approaches each partnership with the mindset of an entrepreneur, focusing on long-term sustainability and value creation.

After being involved in the Civica transaction in 2023, a pivotal deal with the UK’s leading GovTech player, Lars became inspired to embark on a mission to modernize and digitalize the public sector in Europe, which is in urgent need of further innovation. To do this, he launched an evergreen software holding company with a focus on acquiring and empowering software businesses across DACH and mainland Europe.

Lars is committed to preserving the legacies of the companies he partners with, while providing the resources and technological innovation needed to help these businesses grow. His goal is to support software entrepreneurs who have dedicated their lives to building their businesses, ensuring their visions remain intact while contributing to the broader mission of digitalizing the public sector.
